Adriana, a precious hostess, has a real passion for pastry, her desserts are delicious, and with her art of baking, in the morning she makes special bread or biscuits for gluten intolerant people.

She is the creator of the home-made liqueurs craft, such as the “Tredicino” now famous among regular guests, a liqueur made with 13 wild herbs picked directly from nearby meadows, or, given the proximity to the Tyrol, the famous Rumtopf, made with fresh seasonal fruit dipped in layers in rum, which is prepared May through October.
